NeOkla 2025 Intro to AutoX - Cones & Commotion

Tulsa Fairgrounds (Fair Meadow)

About this event

March 29th/30th, Neokla's Intro to AutoX - Cones & Commotion will be a weekend to remember and hopefully provide an entry point for those like-minded individuals to come out and enjoy their vehicles in a safe and competitive environment.  Saturday will be the perfect jumping off point for our SCCA members to get the word out to any and all friends, family and folks you might have just run into that want to enjoy motorsports 1st hand.  We will have a short course to lightly challenge your driving skills and show spectators and thrill seekers just what they might be missing.  This will also hopefully allow for a bit larger paddock area where some people might bring out their vehicles for a little show and tell Social Area.  Mixed in will be an SCCA tent where you will be able to see what Neokla and SCCA have to offer.  Our Road Racing, AutoX and RallyX program info will be available, as well as highlights for the SCCA Women on Track programs, and new member sign up help.  We want you to be involved.  The whole point of Saturday is to give you a taste of AutoX and see what Neokla and SCCA have to offer.

Now that you have made it through Saturday, Sunday will put you through a more traditional AutoX event.  The course will be longer with more elements to navigate.  We will continue to build on friendships and ignite that competitive spirit.  Some of you may even notice, you don't need a supercar or dedicated racecar to have a blast behind the wheel.   ...And at the end of the weekend, if we did our jobs right, you won't be able to wait for our next event.  Be it the vast concrete of Davis Field (autox), the open dirt pastures of Billy Bob's (rallyx) or the high-speed track of Hallett in Jennings we have you covered.  Come join our family!

Due to the uniqueness of this event weekend, pricing is adjusted to help make the most of your experience.  Each single day cost (Saturday or Sunday) will run $35...but signing up for the full 2-day experience is just $50.  Our goal for the weekend is to open our arms to those that may have not known what we do here or that we even exist.  Fostering a strong bond in our SCCA community through mentorship, friendship and the passion for all thing motorsports.

Saturday, drivers will be broken down into run/work groups.  Each group will have a predetermined amount of session time depending on the number of participants.  As with a regular event, half of your session will be driving, and the other half of the session will be working course.  If time permits, there will be FUN-RUNS after the event for those that wish to give it a go a few more times before we change the course for the Sunday event.

Sunday's event will be in a more traditional format.  You should have 4 CLASS RUNS (to compete with similar SCCA classed vehicles) and 4 PAX runs (indexed modifier used to compensate for different performance levels of vehicles).

Onsite Registration and Tech will take place from 8:00am to 9:00am.  After registration and tech close, we will have a Novice walk of the course, followed by a drivers meeting.  The drivers meeting will be mandatory if you wish to drive on course.

Saturday you will have free time after the drivers meeting and or when you are not in your run/work group (heat). Please use this time if you wish to find food.  Try to promptly return as not to miss your heat.  Sunday's event we usually have a 30-45 minute lunch break, a more accurate time frame will be given based on the number of drivers and delays.  Please bring plenty of water and sunscreen.

NOTE:  We cannot allow any driver to participate without a valid Driver's License and SCCA Membership.  Please make sure to bring your Driver's License and SCCA Member Card or fill out a Weekend Membership at the event
