FIRST AND FOREMOST!

You have signed up for an ADVANCED autocrossing event. You should know how to tech a car, work the course efficiently and complete a course at a competitive pace. There will be NO instruction on the above items. If you feel you have signed up in error and will need more instruction (such as a Level 1 or 2), please let me know to refund you and we'll fill your spot from the wait list.

THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL. If you paid the extra fee for the instructor, they will be available to help you throughout the day. If you did not pay the instructor fee, please do not ask for them to ride with you. If you decide that you would like instruction and did not previously sign up for it, email me and we can accommodate that through registration.

SCCA Annual Waiver

All participants are required to acquire a digital Annual Waiver.

**MINORS** If you are under the age of 18, you must also complete an Annual Waiver requiring both parents to complete the process.

** You're looking for the Potomac Pad which is outside of Turn 10 on the Main Circuit, you can get clarification at the Main Gate.

Here's some information you'll need for the school:

Be ready to drive by 7:00 am. At that time, you will:
1) Sign up for your work assignment
2) Get your car tech'd
3) Possibly walk the course (depends on how quickly we get through things, you will get MANY runs, so you can always do a slow lap to familiarize yourself)

You will sign up for the four (4) sessions you'll be working, two (2) in the Morning and two (2) in the Afternoon, with first choice going in order of REGISTRATION for the event (not arrival order). **Obviously, if you are late, you will get last choice in the work assignments.**

7:00-8:00am Tech, work assignments, possible course walk
8:00-8:30 Session 1
8:30-9:00 Session 2
9:00-9:30 Session 3

10:30-11:00 Session 6

Start thinking about what sessions you'd like to work and consider that if you work both sessions 8 and 9, you'll only have exactly 1 hour to go get lunch and eat it. We reserve the right to eliminate a couple of sessions, should the Test and Tune be much lesser subscribed. With less cars running, the number of runs able to be achieved should be very similar (if that's your goal).

Cars will not stop running as worker changes will be done on the fly using a horn to signal the end of a session. Please cooperate in making every session have good coverage of workers. All workers will be spread out around the course, you can bring a scooter.

-GET PLENTY OF SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE.

-If you have regular street tires, make sure you air them up to at least 5 psi above recommended.
-The event is rain or shine, so be prepared for inclement weather.
-Lunch will NOT be included but there will be a 1 hour break to take care of it. Bring fluids/water for the day.
-Bring good walking shoes and get plenty of rest, there will be a lot of driving.
-Bring a chair to rest in.

TOOLS to bring:
Water Sprayer - to spray water on tires to cool them if necessary.
Air Tank or compressor
Air Gauge

BE ADVISED!
Your tires will need sufficient tread throughout the day. Once the tires cord, we will make a safety decision based on how bad and if they can be swapped around to be safe. If they can't, your driving of that vehicle ends at that point.
